What Will My Daily Responsibilities Include?
- Oversee the scheduling of caregivers and address any issues that arise, including scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and unexpected absences.
- Effectively communicate any changes in caregiver assignments and updates to clients in a timely and positive manner.
- Utilize all available technology and resources to ensure efficient business operations; schedule personnel to meet client care requirements while minimizing unbilled overtime; ensure that on-call staff are adequately trained and accessible as necessary.
- Guide, instruct, and mentor direct care personnel (such as Resident Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants) as directed by the Nursing Director.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and educate potential clients about our services and the advantages of choosing BrightStar over other agencies.
- Support the Nursing Director in evaluating staff competencies to ensure quality, continuity, and safety in client care.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Administration; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree; and a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in an office environment.
Familiarity with business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership strategies, production methods, and coordination of personnel and resources.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare office compliance.
Possession of a valid driver's license and state-required proof of auto insurance.
