JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to advance in the dental sales industry and develop into a skilled professional salesperson. You will play a pivotal role in supporting territory representatives and branch managers, gaining comprehensive knowledge of Hiossen and the intricacies of dental sales. Here's what this role entails:

  • Collaborate closely with seasoned Territory Representatives and Branch Managers throughout the sales process, gaining invaluable hands-on experience
  • Engage in daily visits to dental offices, fostering meaningful relationships with new clients and establishing trust within the dental community
  • Participate in both basic, advanced, and final training and successfully master the product information
  • Contribute actively to sales efforts by delivering detailed product information, conducting demonstrations, and providing ongoing support to potential and existing customers
  • Work alongside motivated and like-minded individuals, collectively striving to meet the evolving demands of our expanding business
  • Upon successful completion of training and OJT, you will be promoted to a Territory Representative (TR) with your own territory.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1 year of outside sales experience or 2-3 years of dental field experience
  • Graduates of Medical Sales College can be considered as having equivalent experience to 1 year of outside sales
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must have the ability to travel within your assigned territory.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing at customer's office and other meeting locations.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to drive.

  • Base Salary: 50K
