About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and identifying new business opportunities in the industrial lubricants and automotive lubricants sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently acquire and manage potential/interested customers in the industrial lubricants/automotive lubricants sector, as well as cross-selling activities in the heating oil and fuel sector.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers/interested parties regarding product usage and properties, with a focus on application technology in the industrial sector.
  • Independently calculate and prepare offers.
  • Monitor delivery contracts with assigned customers.
  • Contribute to or create and implement annual plans for the respective territory in terms of sales and gross profit.
  • Efficiently prepare, plan, and conduct visits, with associated reports on visit reports and customer data based on needs.
  • Maintain data and prices in the IT system.
  • Analyze changes in sales in the territory.
  • Implement measures to optimize standardized business processes.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial and/or technical education.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
