As a motivated and diligent Retail Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Providing exceptional service to all customers and donors through a warm greeting and prompt assistance.

Stocking items with accurate pricing, ready for display on the sales floor.

Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store and donation area, performing cleaning tasks as directed by Management.

Adhering to all POS/Cash Register Policies in line with TSA Policies and Procedures.

Upholding safety and compliance standards.

Participating in mandatory Monthly Store Meetings.

Receiving, unloading, and accurately stocking incoming inventory items.

Conducting Quality Assurance by inspecting products for any defects or damages.

Assisting donors with the removal of donated items from their vehicles and providing receipts.

Sorting and separating all donated materials into the appropriate containers, stacking materials as instructed by Management.

Performing additional tasks as assigned by Management, whether written or verbal.

Qualifications for Consideration:
A High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Ability to accurately manage POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions.

Must successfully pass a background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.

Effective communication skills with management, fellow employees, customers, and donors.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.


Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks and carts, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.

Must be able to fulfill duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

COMPENSATION:
$16.00 per hour

SCHEDULE:


Our stores operate seven days a week, with work schedules determined by Management. Employees must be flexible to ensure adequate store coverage.

Part-time associates may be scheduled for any part-time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
