ICP Group is currently seeking a Retail Sales Territory Leader to enhance our presence in the Florida market, specifically in Orlando and Jacksonville. This role involves cultivating relationships with store personnel, customers, and contractors, while also overseeing promotional activities within stores, product sales, planograms, seasonal displays, and cross-merchandising initiatives. A deep understanding of market dynamics, sales trends, and pricing strategies will be essential.

As a professional sales leader, you will focus on driving profitable sales through major retail partners, emphasizing relationship building and training for store associates, contractors, and repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase sales volume within the assigned territory.
  • Engage with Store Managers, Department Supervisors, Assistant Store Managers, and service team managers.
  • Deliver product training sessions to store staff and customers.
  • Facilitate special orders and online training with the professional team.
  • Collaborate with the professional team to identify potential customers and ensure their needs are met.
  • Verify product assortments and inventory levels, working with store personnel to address discrepancies.
  • Ensure planogram compliance by coordinating with service team managers.
  • Implement cross-merchandising strategies.
  • Conduct weekly competitor price evaluations.
  • Document store visits and interactions.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with prior experience in retail sales.
  • Outstanding verbal, presentation, and training abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Capable of working independently to address common sales objections.
  • Comfortable with cold calling within a designated territory.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
