Position Summary Vector Media is looking for a uniquely talented AR Specialist to join our Accounting Department. This position gives candidates the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic finance team while enhancing procedures in accounts receivable and will report to the Sr. Director of Accounting. This role will be involved in various stages of the sales process, from conducting credit reference checks to collecting on overdue invoices. The responsibilities also include reviewing billing with sales teams to ensure we can collect effectively, apply payments accurately and timely, and assist management with forecasting incoming cash payments. We seek a candidate with excellent communication skills, confident in the ability to contact outside parties regularly, and be professionally assertive. Pay Range Details: $26.00 per hour - $30.00 per hour. The pay range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the pay offered.
