Position Summary: TGI Office Automation is on the lookout for a diligent and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to become a vital part of our corporate leasing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to fostering the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and manage all credit applications with various leasing partners, ensuring all required information is collected for timely processing and closure.
  • Accurately prepare and assist with all leasing documentation, confirming the correctness of all application details before finalizing transactions.
  • Engage with potential clients, sales representatives, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation for application verification.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to sales representatives and prospective clients throughout the application process.
  • Provide updates on application statuses to clients and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Proactively monitor all applications and adhere to turnaround time objectives.
  • Assist the department in addressing any emerging challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives on a daily basis.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A college degree or higher is preferred.
  • Experience: Background in customer service, document verification, or leasing is advantageous.
  • Personality: Must be friendly, engaging, and a team-oriented individual.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor; confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
  • Strong time management abilities to ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks; capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to effectively interact with sales representatives, clients, and management at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
