Position Summary: Welch's is seeking a candidate experience obsessed Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support full-cycle union & non-union internal recruitment across corporate and plant environments. This role will be responsible for a wide range of Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities including but not limited to interview scheduling, requisition posting, data management, reporting, pipelining, and employer branding activities. Where You'll Work: This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters with Thursdays and Fridays being flexible remote days. On occasion, this cadence may shift based on business needs. ***Welch's is moving to a brand new, state-of-the-art space in Waltham, MA June 2025*** What You'll Do: Support a team of recruiters focused on union & non-union recruitment across multiple locations Act as subject matter expert (SME) on tools, processes, and process documents Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule and coordinate interviews (phone/virtual/in-person) while keeping candidate experience in the forefront Data collection & reporting, including but not limited to managing requisition log, developing weekly recruitment scorecards, and monthly KPI reporting decks Talent Acquisition Administrative duties, including but not limited to reporting, meeting scheduling, data entry, resume review, and coordinating candidate logistics & travel arrangements Manage the post-offer & pre-onboarding processes, including the background check/drug screening process & documentation, and communicating results or issues to proper stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies as well as OFCCP, local, state, and federal regulations Consistently reviews and assesses Talent Acquisition Operations practices for continuous improvement Content generation for Talent Acquisition SharePoint page & other employer-branding efforts Additional duties and responsibilities as required Who You Are: Candidate experience obsessed An expert multi-tasker with the ability to remain organized and re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented with a high level of attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy Inquisitive in nature, challenging status quo and consistently seeking new methods to attract talent and provide better experiences Self-motivated with strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills You have a growth mindset and are not afraid of change and new challenges Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to set expectations, lead through influence, and drive change What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR management, or related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience that proves ability to perform role may be considered. 1+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role in a high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition operations environment is preferred Strong computer skills using MS Office Suite, Excel data analytics, and applicant tracking systems Knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices, hiring laws, and OFCCP compliance is preferred At Welch's we value diversity, a passion for what you do, and a commitment to continuous learning.
