General Information
This is a full-time role reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, engaging with all employees as part of the People Services Team.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with both internal and external branding initiatives and recruitment needs, including:
- End-to-end recruitment for all roles within Eastern Air Holdings.
- Monitor and address inquiries on platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Eastern Airlines on social media channels.
- Participate in job fairs, both in-person and virtual, to showcase available opportunities.
- Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring timely updates and visibility.
- Encourage internal promotions by promoting job openings within the organization.
- Facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment process, from initial screening to final interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate documentation in compliance with legal standards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including orientation and training logistics.
- Oversee social media management across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and newsletter coordination.
Other duties may be assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager or Director of People Services.
Qualifications- Prior experience in recruitment is essential; agency experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ADP systems is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including data entry skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a collaborative environment.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets company insurance standards.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is mandatory.
- Capability to multitask and perform well in a dynamic setting.
