General Information

This is a full-time role reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, collaborating with all members of the People Services Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with both internal and external branding initiatives and recruitment needs, including:
  • Managing the complete recruitment cycle for all positions within Eastern Air Holdings.
  • Monitoring and addressing inquiries on platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to promote Eastern Airlines on social media channels.
  • Participating in job fairs, both in-person and virtual, to showcase available opportunities.
  • Overseeing job postings on various platforms and ensuring timely management of new listings.
  • Encouraging internal promotions by effectively advertising job openings within the organization.
  • Regularly updating postings to enhance visibility and ensuring closed positions are removed promptly.
  • Guiding candidates through the interview process, from initial screenings to final interviews.
  • Recruiting based on the specific needs communicated by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all candidate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assisting with onboarding processes, including orientation and training logistics.
  • Managing social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and coordinating newsletters.
Additional Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager or Director of People Services.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in recruitment is essential; agency experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ADP systems is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including data entry skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a collaborative environment.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets company insurance standards.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history records check.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to work in a dynamic setting.
