Configured Solutions Project Specialist As a Hospital Patient Monitoring Configuration Solutions Project Specialist, you are responsible to provide pre-sales technical support to the Philips Key Account Managers to achieve accurate and timely configurations that meet our customer’s current install base and future needs. This will include, but not be limited to, managing large strategic deals to provide Sales accurate installable solutions. Your role: Deliver outstanding internal customer service by providing technical expertise in a consultative manner. This critical work translates the portfolio of Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring catalog of products into solutions focused on addressing our unique customer clinical workflow challenges. Manage and track large projects, working closely with the sales organization to ensure project scope accuracy. Maintain and develop exceptional knowledge of the complex Patient Monitoring Catalogue This is a hybrid role with an opportunity to work in our beautiful Cambridge, MA location, as well as remotely. You're the right fit if: Minimum of 3+ years of technical support experience (healthcare experience is ideal and preferably in medical capital equipment). Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service Bachelor’s degree is preferred Independent thinker who is persistent, inventive, and resilient with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment with complex undocumented business logic and data flow.
