As the Director of Assisted Living, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the exceptional care provided to our residents in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, organization, and direction of clinical operations within the Assisted Living department.
- Develop and implement nursing service objectives, policies, and procedures to uphold quality care standards and compliance.
- Determine staffing levels and procedures to ensure optimal care delivery and service excellence.
- Direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel to maintain a culture of compassionate care and professionalism.
- Monitor nursing documentation and review resident care plans to ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Three (3) years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in Assisted Living care, with a management level background.
- Current PA RN licensure in good standing is required.
- Gerontology Certification is preferred.
