The Challenge: Drive High-Impact Growth Marketing Campaigns

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Professional with a proven track record of success, someone with over five years of experience in the trenches of growth marketing within the B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software sectors. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between our revolutionary AI solutions and the healthcare providers who need it most, crafting and executing performance based marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Mission Overview

As a key player in our marketing team, your role will center on designing and implementing growth strategies that effectively communicate the value of Thoughtful AI's solutions to the healthcare industry. This will result in pipeline growth and exceeding revenue targets. Your efforts will be crucial to our overall success, driving demand, building brand awareness, and ultimately contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare operations.
Core Objectives

Campaign Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition across multiple channels, including digital advertising, SEO, SEM, out-of-home, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and new channels you will test and uncover.
  • Build and optimize campaigns across Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Meta, and continuously test new channels to add to our digital mix.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, leveraging data analytics to refine strategies and enhance performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to the most impactful initiatives.
Experimentation and Optimization:
  • Utilize data analytics to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize results.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate detailed reports on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and overall ROI.
Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:
  • Drive high-quality lead generation through targeted marketing efforts, ensuring a steady flow of potential customers into the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead nurturing and conversion strategies, enhancing the journey from prospect to customer.
  • Analyze and optimize the customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
