Role Description
We are seeking a Head of Growth to join us full-time on-site in Austin, Texas. This is the first growth and marketing role at MentorPass and offers a unique opportunity to accelerate a business that already has a strong brand and product-market fit. We are a lean team and this is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own strategy through execution while building out the team.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Experience leading efficient growth from $1M to $10M.
- Analyze current funnels and prioritize growth opportunities.
- Create a content production system to pull stories from the community.
- Create a content distribution system utilizing organic and paid channels.
- Audit UX to find and fix friction in acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with the product team to create and optimize growth loops.
- Build and lead the growth and marketing team with in-house and external partners.
- Full stack role that balances analytical and creative skills.
- Positive attitude and team player with a great work ethic.
- Bias for action, more of a doer than a thinker.
- Use automation and AI whenever possible.
