THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE HYBRID WORKING ALSO, 2 DAYS IN THE OFFICE APPROX. PER WEEK.....MUST BE COMMUTABLE TO THE DAVENTRY AREA.
Role and Responsibilities:
Customer Account Management
Maintain regular communication with current customers, gathering feedback and addressing inquiries promptly.
Carry out site visits to customer facilities and hold regular meetings to support the ongoing development and delivery of their services.
Coordinate regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for engagement.
Manage customer records and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist customers with event registrations, newsletter subscriptions, and other inquiries as needed.
Business Development
Work alongside the Sponsorship Manager to help deliver proposals for potential customers
Identify and pursue leads for new customer opportunities
Maintain a database of potential customers, tracking engagement and conversion efforts.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers
The ideal candidate will possess:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commercial acumen and the ability to develop proposals.
Proactive attitude and ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Commitment to equality and diversity in the workplace.
A valid UK Driving License is essential.
