Executive Chef

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Atalian Servest in Northampton. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and taste in our contract catering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
- Manage inventory and ordering of raw materials to minimize waste and optimize budgets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our catering services.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or level 2 diploma in Professional Cookery (or equivalent).
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety and food safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Passion for food and service, with a focus on delivering high-quality seasonal dishes.
