Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a MARCOM Regional Manager at Motherson Group's Houston, TX location. As a MARCOM Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the Implementation of Group Marketing and Communications (MARCOM) standards guidelines and support in the region. Engage relevant projects within the region and globally. All below responsibilities and tasks should be executed in coordination with the responsible MARCOM functions and the RCO.

Qualifications • Degreen in business and communications • Minimum 2 to 3 years post graduate work experience • Ideally manufacturing experience • Ability to quickly build relationships and provide dependable support to stakeholders • Strong teamwork and collaborative behaviour style • Proven communications and organisational skills • Dynamic and self-motivated with the ability to quickly understand complicated issues • High personal accountability and integrity • Ability to identify and focus on key priorities, managing multiple potential competing and diverse projects/topics simultaneously with a solution orientated approach • Proactive and positive attitude • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision • Change management skills

Tasks • Monitoring of MARCOM service needs of Motherson’s operations in the region, linking respective stakeholders with the responsible MARCOM functions • Coordination and monitoring the implementation of group-wide branding and communication standards • Sourcing and processing of information about Motherson’s operations and the markets in which they operate • Communications channel management within the region in alignment with MARCOM global communications requirements - Internal, external & social media • Support for regional roll-out of communications campaigns • Supporting the preparation and execution of product exhibitions in coordination with global technical marketing • Supporting projects of MARCOM’s Divisional Lead Coordinators with local/regional insight. • Interacting with key departments of Motherson’s operations in the region for identification of their needs, for relationship-building and general support - Regional operational management - Management assistant functions - HR and Sales • Regional creative support - Office branding - Showroom - Print material and branded items - Support for events - Support for communication media development • Employer marketing support (local and regional) • Communications campaigns in conjunction with MARCOM Global and the RCO for the region with relevant understanding and inputs gained from key stakeholders in the region. • Set up and solutions for online shop in line with group strategy within the region • Coordinating Motherson’s regional merchandise-shop solutions • Ensuring quality and corporate branding standards are maintained • Ensuring impactful experience of internal and external events with handling creative material and branded items; involved in coordinating external event experience vendors • Supporting internal and external events as well as tradeshows on site (as per needs and flexibility)
