The Role Logistics

As an Account Manager, you will support our operational efforts under the guidance of the Senior Account Advisors. You will manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts, work closely with internal departments to ensure successful product launches, and communicate with clients through calls and emails. This position offers a mix of client management, customer service, and data analysis, all in a dynamic environment.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Los Angeles with potential for growth, performance-based reviews at 60/90/120 days, and bonus opportunities based on results.

Responsibilities and Areas of Need
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, including replenishment reports and call recaps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as copywriting and listing creation, to ensure timely product launches.
  • Coordinate with advertising managers to optimize campaigns and drive sales for clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships.
