Essential Functions:

Mailroom:

  • Prepares and maintains delivery schedule for all couriers and mail clerks
  • Ensures pick-up and delivery of inter-company mail to various PSNH locations in accordance with pre-determined schedule
  • Assists with the sorting and preparation of mail between scheduled deliveries
  • Coordinates special requests for pick-ups and deliveries other than those regularly scheduled
  • Coordinates Iron Mountain submittals and retrievals
  • Schedules regular maintenance on vehicles used by couriers, making necessary arrangements for substitute vehicles when needed
  • Ensures that all work and activities comply with Company policies and practices and are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Identifies appropriate procedural methods; and make decisions based on analysis of information
  • Works effectively with co-workers; superiors, interfacing departments and vendors
  • Analyzes operational methods and develops improved procedures as needed

Building Services:
  • Assist with day-to-day management of multiple building service vendors
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and quality service delivery to clients; follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Ability to interpret Company policies, procedures and practices
  • Ability to understand instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.

Education:
  • High school diploma or GED. Degree in facilities management, building, business or relevant field a plus.
Experience:
  • A minimum of two (2) years of related experience in mailroom/courier, tenant services, facilities management or related field.
Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. The annual salary range for this position is $53,460.00 to $59,400.00, plus incentive. Salary is commensurate with your experience. Check out the career site for an overview of our benefits.

  • Valid Motor Vehicle Operator's License
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in a combined office, warehouse and outdoor environment which may have periodic high levels of noise, inconsistent temperatures, and adverse weather conditions.
  • Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.
  • Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary
  • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders and ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
