Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Pride Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative for one of its clients in Wilmington, Delaware.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension with competitive pay and benefits.

Location Wilmington, Delaware (19801)

Length of assignment 3 months (Possibility of an extension)

Pay range - $15 - $17 per hour.

Shift Mon to Fri - 8.00 hr. - AM

Job Summary

  • Need to handle high call volume.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
  • Answer patient questions about services, billing, and insurance.
  • Update and manage patient records accurately.
  • Process payments and handle insurance claims.
  • Provide support and address patient concerns or complaints.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare customer service.
