Customer Service Representative

 

Pride Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative for one of its clients in Wilmington, Delaware.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension with competitive pay and benefits.

Location – Wilmington, Delaware (19801)

Length of assignment – 3 months (Possibility of an extension)

Pay range - $15 - $17 per hour.

Shift – Mon to Fri - 8.00 hr. - AM

Job Summary

· Need to handle high call volume.

· Assist with appointment scheduling and rescheduling.

· Answer patient questions about services, billing, and insurance.

· Update and manage patient records accurately.

· Process payments and handle insurance claims.

· Provide support and address patient concerns or complaints.

Requirements

· High school Diploma or GED.

· 2-3 years of experience in healthcare customer service.
