Job Responsibilities:
•Assess the business requirement (RIT) and work with BPA/End users to review/streamline the requirement to deliver business value.
•Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical teams to recommend solutions to improve it.
•Define and write/review the Functional process document (FS) in line with the BPD/BRD.
•Present the FS to Technical architect for them to complete the design
•Collaborates with IT portfolio managers, PM & customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
•Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
•Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
•Review and approve the technical design working with Business
•Should be able to manage Functional process for multiple projects with a team of functional analysts
•Review the UAT test case and work with business and execution team closely to complete the UAT
•To Support Global business per their time zones.
•Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and ensure solution aligns with original scope
•Control change management working with Portfolio manager and execution lead
•Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
•Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
•Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
•To ensure compliance with project management process implementation standards
•Keep track of project performance and provide support for project team
•Stay engaged with the team and maintain awareness of the project artifacts deliverables timeline
•Facilitation and management of resolutions of risks and issues
•Provide direction and coaching on project specific tasks. Gradually gain functional expertise to support dev teams with questions
