Purpose This new position will serve as an essential link between accurate facilities data and effective campus planning. The Campus Facilities Auditor will contribute to the overall maintenance and improvement of our university's infrastructure while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants. This role primarily involves conducting comprehensive audits of our university's buildings, including verifying square footage, counting fixtures in the bathrooms, and identifying the types of flooring used. Responsibilities Conduct thorough audits of all university buildings to verify square footage. Accurately count and document the number of fixtures in the bathrooms of each building. Identify and record the types of flooring materials used throughout the campus. Collaborate with the facilities management team to update and maintain accurate records of the campus facilities. Assist in identifying any maintenance or repair needs observed during audits. Utilize spreadsheets and Microsoft Office to organize and analyze data collected during audits. Communicate findings and recommendations to the appropriate departments for further action.
