Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in student/multi-family housing.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership skills, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in student/multi-family housing.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in property operations, facility management, budgeting, analytical review of financials, supervision, business administration, public relations, and a combination of business and student development skills.
  • Previous Experience: Previous General Manager experience in the open student/multi-family housing industry is required.
