Purpose of the Role: This position is crucial for linking accurate facilities data with effective campus planning.

The Campus Facilities Auditor will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the university's infrastructure, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of university buildings to verify dimensions.
  • Document the number of fixtures in restrooms across campus.
  • Identify and record flooring materials used in various buildings.
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to maintain accurate facility records.
  • Identify maintenance or repair needs during audits.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and Microsoft Office for data organization and analysis.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant departments.
  • Maintain professionalism while interacting with university staff and students.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with experience in building audits or related fields.

Salary: $37,440 + based on qualifications.

Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions during audits.
