The Dynasty Operations team is responsible for the overall administration of the firm's turnkey asset management program (TAMP). The Senior Account Management associate will report directly to the SVP, Head of Account Management, and is responsible for performing various duties in response to service requests and emails related to the onboarding and maintaining client accounts conducted through the department. In addition to assisting Network Partners with the opening and modifying client onboarding process as part of an RIA transition to the platform. The Associate will provide excellent client service and support and must work effectively with internal members of the Dynasty team, including engaging leadership. This role will be based in our St. Petersburg, Florida office. PRIMARY FUNCTIONSThe New Accounts Associate's primary function within the Operations team includes, but is not limited to: •Delivering excellent client service as a central point of contact for onboarding new accounts, changing strategies on accounts, and terminating accounts on the TAMP. •Completing service requests that may include specific tasks associated with the setup and configurations of managed money accounts. •The Associate will be responsible for all duties related to onboarding new advisory firms and their clients, such as assisting the Transition teams with documentation, setup, and questions and providing progress updates to Operations management tied to predefined benchmarks. •Assist with the setup and ongoing client account program selection on the TAMP and participate in the duties related to the onboarding of new advisory firms and their clients.•Evaluate, select, and apply appropriate procedures, processes, and techniques to specific assignments.•Execute client account setup on the Investment Management Account platform and coordinate with the Managed Account team on manager setup. •Collaborate with the Billing team on applicable account components to reflect proper configuration on the platform. RESPONSIBILITIES:•Support multiple platforms, reporting solutions, and client-specific projects.•Lead development of data pipelines that answer critical business questions and solve internal and external reporting needs.•Create and adapt business requirements by communicating with appropriate internal stakeholders, such as Relationship Managers. Requirements will direct internal teams toward solutions for clients, set clear expectations with stakeholders, and address client concerns.•Implement data transformation pipelines across development, integration, and production environments, supporting data quality, labeling, and anonymization of sensitive data.•Work with product owners to develop service level indicators and implement the monitoring of service levels.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS•Relevant BA/BS degree in business, finance, or other related field. •1-3 years of experience in financial services or applicable industry•Proficient in using MS Office, which is required for Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) •Prior experience with DocuSign, Salesforce, and Quip preferred. •Prior experience with Wealth Management Software (Addepar, Black Diamond, Envestnet, Folio, etc.) is ideal.•Ability to analyze information and make analytical decisions. •Proven communication skills (both oral and written). •Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met without impairing workflow. •Must partner, collaborate, and work in a team environment. •Strong organizational and time management skills needed to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines accurately. •Provide a high level of customer service in a calm, courteous, and professional manner.•Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained.
