Job Summary: Position handles various banking operation duties such as, fraud research, fraud hold review, and next day large item review. Position also includes performing as the market’s Safe Deposit Box and Wire Transfer Liaisons.

Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents. They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents. Maintain Safe Deposit Box records, order drillings, hold and process contents for escheatment where applicable, follow up on past due rent

Review fraud hold report, submit releases and extensions as needed. Work with retail personnel to obtain documentation and close accounts

Work with retail and commercial personnel on outgoing wires to ensure completeness and accuracy to assign to approving officer

Work with officers on obtaining proper documentation needed for incoming wires on new accounts

Perform next day review on deposited items

Process stop payments on IBC Cashier’s check

SKILLS Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written

Detailed oriented

Strong knowledge of Wire Transfer Regulations and internal Policy and Procedures

Good knowledge of Reg CC and the UCC regulations

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum 3 years of banking operational and fraud experience
