Organizational Change Management Specialist I/II/III

- Organizational Change Management Specialist I - Annual Salary: $60,000 + Comprehensive State Employee Benefits
- Organizational Change Management Specialist II - Annual Salary: $80,000 + Comprehensive State Employee Benefits
- Organizational Change Management Specialist III - Annual Salary: $95,000 + Comprehensive State Employee Benefits

Essential Qualifications:
- For Specialist I: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- For Specialist II: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- For Specialist III: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position focuses on the design and delivery of training for various projects. Collaborating closely with the Project Management team, you will coordinate tasks associated with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Plan and assist technology-driven project teams with their learning and design requirements. Your contributions are vital in ensuring that training and support align with project objectives and change management strategies.
Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Deputy Director of Organizational Change Management within the Project Management Office (PMO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and deliver educational content.
- Lead discussions to establish learning objectives and identify gaps.
- Effectively communicate with project teams to evaluate training needs and delivery methods.
- Manage the training plan by assessing needs and desired outcomes, identifying stakeholders, and establishing timelines to meet objectives.
- Evaluate resistance, risks, and opportunities, identify issues, and propose change management solutions based on adult learning principles.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and training reports for stakeholders and business partners.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preference may be given to candidates with extensive OCM experience in complex agency-wide initiatives or those holding Agile Certification.
