What are we seeking in our Financial Operations Specialist III?

Our client, a prominent global organization, is in search of a Financial Operations Specialist/Clerk III.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive invoicing assistance to the financial oversight of budgeting, reporting, forecasting, purchase orders, and daily invoicing across various sectors including Publicity, Studio Communications, Talent Relations, Awards, and Events.

• Ensure timely billing and invoicing, while analyzing actuals against budgeted cost reports to guarantee precision and swiftly address any discrepancies.

• Specialize in the onboarding of vendors and external partners in collaboration with the Procurement team.

• Identify optimal spending lines across multiple alternatives.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the development, execution, and tracking of purchase orders, from invoicing through to payment.

• Demonstrated success in tracking and processing invoices, comparing commitments with actuals, and general budgeting practices.

• Capability to assess resources, monitor costs, and establish collaborations across various departments.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational, collaborative, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education:

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
