Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Consultant to collaborate with our client's company on a project basis.

Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Development: Create and implement HR strategies aligned with the client's business objectives to optimize talent management and employee engagement.

Policy Development: Design HR policies and procedures tailored to the client's industry regulations and organizational culture.

Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
