We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our client's team on a project basis. The client is a well-established manufacturing company known for its dedication to employee development and workplace culture. This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing all aspects of human resources to support the client's workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the client attracts top talent.

  • Employee Relations:Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and promote a positive work environment.

  • Performance Management:Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to drive employee productivity and engagement.

  • Training and Development:Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and support career development initiatives.

  • HR Policy Compliance:Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as needed.

  • Benefits Administration:Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

  • HR Reporting:Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review, providing insights for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:Minimum of 7 years of HR management experience in a traditional industry setting, such as manufacturing or logistics.

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strategic Thinking:Ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational growth.

  • Communication:Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels and convey HR policies effectively.

  • Compliance Knowledge:Proficiency in labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.

  • Problem-Solving:Capacity to address complex HR issues and implement practical solutions.

  • Technology Proficiency:Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll software, and other HR-related tools.

Contract Details:

Type:Project-based consulting, on an as-needed basis.Duration:Potential for a long-term partnership based on project requirements and client needs.
