The Front Desk Supervisor at Holiday Inn Express - Marina State Beach will be responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests. They will supervise and train front desk staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and train front desk staff
- Manage guest check-in and check-out process
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
- Make and confirm reservations
- Transmit and receive messages, using telephones or the PMS system
- Perform other duties as requested by management
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel reservation software
- Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends and alternate shifts
- Competitive compensation: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
