Job Summary
As a Front Desk Supervisor with Hersha Hospitality Management, you will be responsible for supervising front desk operations in accordance with established guest service, quality, and sustainability standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising front desk staff to ensure excellent guest service and efficient operations
- Managing front desk operations to maintain high standards of quality and sustainability
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

Key Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Interviewing and selecting front desk staff to ensure the right candidates are hired for the role
- Training and developing front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent guest service
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Requirements

- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to manage front desk operations efficiently
