They are a developer, owner, manager, investor, and builder of a varied portfolio that includes luxury multifamily and commercial properties throughout Western PA with investments throughout the country.
This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team at the beginning of an exciting growth period and be the first property management hire for their luxury line of properties. With a strong presence in the Pittsburgh area and a new series of class-A, luxury midrise apartment projects already under construction, they are looking to hire a
Senior Property Manager
to lead the successful lease up of their first luxury apartment project with a clear path to overseeing additional lease ups and leading the luxury line.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record of successful Class-A luxury apartment lease ups.
Expert with resident relations, leasing and lease ups strategies.
Skilled in implementing and further developing marketing plan and budget for property.
High energy, enjoys the lease up process.
Experienced with properties under construction.
Superior communication, organization, and customer service skills.
A polished leader with robust interpersonal skills and social intelligence.
This is a key position for our Client who will be integral to the growth of this platform.
Relocation assistance will be provided, if needed.
