Revenue and Budget Manager, Fiscal Services As a Revenue & Budget Manager for the FSSD, Fiscal Services, of HHSA, you will provide oversight of agencywide fiscal operations with annual appropriations of over $3.2 billion. This includes financial and accounting administration of various health and social services through management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Claims and Cost Reports, Financial Reporting and Audits oversight, overall financial planning and analysis, interpretation of State and federal laws, knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and managing teams. The candidate will often need to work on new projects that do not yet have established procedures in place. The candidate will need to be able to bring diverse teams of Fiscal, Budget, and Program staff together to implement new processes as well as improve and streamline existing processes. The candidate should be very comfortable working with Senior Managers and Executive staff as well as communicating effectively with all levels of staff. The candidate should be familiar with the principles of government finance, have experience with health and human services funding streams, and experience supervising finance teams. Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. four (4) year college or university with a major in accounting, business, public administration, or a closely related field, AND five (5) years of progressively responsible accounting/analytical experience in a local government.
