Chief Revenue Cycle Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Revenue Cycle Officer to join our team at WEST COAST DENTAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our revenue cycle management operations and ensuring the efficient and effective management of our revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage our revenue cycle management team to ensure the efficient and effective management of our revenue streams.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to ensure alignment with our company's overall goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a dental support organization.
- Proven track record of improving revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
