Job Title: Revenue Management Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to join our team at Viceroy Santa Monica. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profit across all customer segments, including transient, group, and contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profit
  • Monitor and analyze market demand trends to ensure accurate pricing and inventory management
  • Conduct regular audits to guarantee sell strategy is set correctly in all channels
  • Lead weekly revenue management meetings and prepare revenue management reports
  • Monitor and analyze competition to identify selling strategies and market trends
  • Effectively manage all distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and other third-party extranet sites
  • Develop and manage budget and forecasts, and analyze financial statements and market data
  • Present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise and well-organized way

Requirements:

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 3-5 years of progressive revenue management experience in a hotel, with a proven track record of delivering market-leading results and innovative solutions
  • Excellent computer skills, including accounting programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in SynxisCRS, Opera PMS, IDeaS, and Lanyon preferred
