Revenue Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Relocity. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for optimizing our processes, tools, and systems to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across our marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will ensure the seamless integration of data, systems, and workflows, enabling accurate reporting, data integrity, pipeline management, and go-to-market execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals, enforce adherence to process, and contribute to efficient and scalable revenue growth strategies.
In this role, you will manage and optimize our use of Salesforce, as well as a marketing automation platform, ensuring these tools support revenue-generating initiatives and provide accurate, actionable insights. You will play a key part in defining and refining processes, building reports and dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Salesforce and the marketing automation platform, ensuring they are fully integrated and operational for revenue-driving activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to streamline lead management, sales processes, and customer engagement workflows.
- Ensure data cleanliness, integrity, and accessibility across systems, enabling accurate reporting and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain key reports and dashboards to track revenue performance, pipeline health, lead flow, and marketing effectiveness.
- Drive the alignment of marketing, sales, and customer success processes, ensuring smooth hand-offs and clear communication between teams.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and other critical operational processes by building scalable systems and automations.
- Identify inefficiencies in current revenue operations processes and work to streamline them.
- Lead training initiatives for team members to ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce and the marketing automation platform.
- Partner closely with the revenue leadership team to ensure strategic objectives are met and data-driven decisions are made.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to senior leadership, providing recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience with Salesforce administration and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Pardot.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and report on data from multiple systems.
- Strong project management skills with experience in streamlining processes and implementing automations.
- Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- High attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment or marketing technology solutions.
- Advanced Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
- Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to mentor team members on revenue operations best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing tool investments.

Pay Range: $100,000-$120, % bonus
