Customer Service Associates perform services that include compliance with federal and state regulations, customer service and more Providing your vast firearms knowledge, initiative, and motivation to get tasks complete, will allow you to jump in with both feet sooner

CMMG, Inc. understands that high quality people are required to deliver high quality services to our customers. CMMG Inc. is looking for a motivated and well-spoken Customer Service Associate to join our team. We combine a strong firearms culture in a manufacturing setting. This position will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone calls, live chat, and emails (no cold calling). Issuing return merchandise authorizations (RMA) ensuring a smooth process. Shipping replacement products to our customers. Along with addressing and understanding the needs of the customer. Advise customers on troubleshooting firearms issues and technical assistance. To be successful you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with customers and making calls to customers.
  • Understanding customers' needs and resolve any issue that may arise.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Provide customers with basic troubleshooting and technical assistance.
  • Explaining features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about products and services
  • Shipping our product for our warranty customers.
Customer Service Associate Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service position is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure during tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • Must be an active listener while having excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Possess a strong technical aptitude.

Satisfactorily complete the 90-day probationary period. Training provided to understand CMMG firearms, ATF/DOJ policies and regulations while learning how to offer a personalized interaction to meet the unique needs of each customer.
