The successful candidate will assist the Human Resources Manager in ensuring compliance with all applicable leave regulations and company policies, as well as providing support to employees regarding leave inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities: Leave Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leave management laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels. Coordinate and administer various types of leave, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, state-specific leaves, and company-provided leave programs. Review and process leave requests, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Communicate leave policies and procedures to employees and provide guidance on leave entitlements and eligibility. Maintain accurate records of employee leave usage and ensure timely and accurate reporting. Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding leave-related inquiries and requests. Provide assistance and guidance to employees on leave options, eligibility requirements, and documentation procedures. Collaborate with managers and employees to facilitate the accommodation process for employees requiring leave due to medical or disability-related reasons. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all applicable leave laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain confidential employee records related to leave requests, medical certifications, and accommodation requests. Assist in the development and implementation of leave-related policies, procedures, and training programs. Administrative Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files, processing new hire paperwork, and updating HR databases. Support HR Manager with various projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in human resources, with specific experience in leave management highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other relevant leave laws and regulations. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
