Department Overview

The In-Home Services team spearheads all field operations, overseeing thousands of technicians across nearly 100 locations nationwide. We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment where employees manage inventory, fleet operations, and performance metrics, making IHS the pivotal force connecting our customers with premier products and services offered by DISH.


Key Responsibilities

Field Resource Coordinators play a crucial role in enabling our technicians and the organization to achieve their objectives. Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating real-time communication with In-Home Service Professionals regarding operational issues and necessary routing adjustments;
  • Collaborating with technicians to accommodate same-day customer service requests;
  • Monitoring and reporting on appointment progress to field management;
  • Assigning additional tasks to external subcontractors as needed;
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries and directing them appropriately;
  • Maintaining a high level of focus and accuracy across various daily tasks.

Additional Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.


Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred; however, a combination of education and relevant experience is acceptable.

Required Skills:

  • Customer advocacy with a commitment to mastering tools and resources for exceptional service delivery;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels;
  • Effective organization, prioritization, and task monitoring for optimal work efficiency;
  • Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment;
  • Motivation to learn and excel in DISH's workforce management (WFM) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation ranges from $23.82 to $30.00 per hour. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
