Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Payroll/HCM Practice.

In this position, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.

Responsibilities:
  • End to end Implementation for ADP Nextgen
  • Build HRIS, Performance, Recruiting and Benefits
  • Test
  • Train
Qualifications:

***Previous implementation experience with ADP Nextgen required***

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start with an initial duration of at least 6 months, with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Working Hours: EST-based time zone preferred
