As we expand into Texas we seek a passionate and knowledgeable Events Operations Manager to join our team. If you are a highly organized, hardworking and creative individual, this might be the right opportunity for you. In this pivotal role, you will lead the expansion of Puppysphere across Texas; including launching 4-8 studios within 3 months across multiple cities. You will also manage all operations and staff for Texas studios. Candidates applying must have experience managing teams and events.

This role is full-time. It's a hybrid role and weekend availability is necessary.

The Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the Puppysphere event staff (event facilitators, yoga instructors) and handling tasks like relationship maintenance, scheduling, hiring and onboarding.
  • Lead studio launches in Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio.
  • Lead the planning, organising and execution of puppy-centric events in Texas studios and off-site events, ensuring each experience reflects our brand's elevated standards and leaves lasting memories for participants.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to curate unique event concepts, innovative themes, and captivating experiences that resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, client coordination, budget management, and on-site operations, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits in Texas.
  • Maintaining, unpacking and organising inventory of supplies for both public and private events.
  • Execute weekly emails for public events, ensuring the customer remains informed and excited about the upcoming session and post-session.

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience as a project manager or event coordinator.
  • Must have a car, valid driver's licence and be willing to travel often (studios around Texas).
  • Must be available to go in the studio one day on the weekend each week.
  • Highly organised individual with strong time management skills.
  • Proactive and self motivated individual with the ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Highly creative individual with a unique and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Job requires the ability to stand for extended periods, and the capability of lifting heavy objects.
