Ambulatory Clinic Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Ambulatory Clinics to join our team at Texas Children's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for managing and leading daily clinic operational support staff and personnel activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance operational workflows and KPIs
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with accrediting agencies' requirements and hospital policies
- Contribute to the delivery of quality, cost-effective patient care within the family-centered care environment

Requirements:
- Master's degree or in active pursuit of such advanced degree preferred
