The Overnight Front Desk Supervisor is focused on providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences by making emotional connections with all of our guests.

**General Responsibilities Include:**

Night Audit

Ensuring 100% satisfaction, throughout the arrival and departure experience

Accuracy and accountability of payment verification

Process of deposits

Check cashing and exchange of currency

Posting miscellaneous charges

Execute all registration processes

Execute all telecommunications processes inclusive but not limited to answering incoming calls

Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Front Office, Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Desk Supervisor.

**Skills/Knowledge Required:**

-Must possess a positive attitude

-Must be energetic and outgoing

-Must be service oriented

-Must be a team player

-Must be able to multi-task

-Must possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills

**Physical Requirements:**

- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch.

- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.

- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time up to four (4) hours.

**Qualification Standards:**

Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum two years experience within Guest Reception or a similar position required, preferably a luxury hotel setting

Grooming: All colleagues must maintain a neat, and well-groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided)
