  • Ensure seamless communication and resolution of operational issues across various departments.
  • Represent the hotel with professionalism, greeting and escorting guests and VIPs upon arrival.
  • Oversee Front Desk operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Conduct inspections of guest accommodations and public areas, addressing maintenance needs as necessary.
  • Implement and uphold hotel standards, policies, and procedures with the Front Office staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and meets guest expectations.
  • Manage payroll processes, including oversight of missed punches and overtime.
  • Review room blocking and reservation details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain inventory of front office and valet supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Supervise the overnight team, including security and culinary staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to maintain a cohesive team.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and emergency protocols.
  • Prepare and distribute departmental reports as required.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Familiarity with HMS software is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information are essential.
