This full-time hybrid position reports directly to the Sr. Sales Manager and is located at Liberty Packaging’s manufacturing plant in Phoenix, AZ. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In partnership with the area Sales Manager, build and execute a sales and marketing strategy to capture new business at existing customers and identify new customers in a variety of new and emerging industries Drive new sales opportunities by identifying key decision-makers and creating the right approach to reach them. Execute traditional and Go-To-Market sales strategies to capture market share, improve profit margin, and deliver untapped value for our customers Initiate customer relationships and close business utilizing a proven sales process Leverage our packaging capabilities as you work closely with our talented internal teams: design, pricing, customer service, estimating, production, procurement, and logistics – to design custom packaging solutions that meet our customers’ needs Manage customer expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience Continue to cultivate long-term customer relationships as you strive to meet their ongoing packaging needs.
