Job Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating full-cycle recruitment and helping to ensure a positive candidate experience. Core work includes building requisitions, posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating compliance screenings, assisting with onboarding, and performing administrative tasks. This position consistently demonstrates organizational values in providing a high level of internal customer support and serving as a brand ambassador to candidates.

Essential Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination Creates and builds requisitions and posts positions in applicant tracking system (ATS). Coordinates with Compensation team on job content, job classification, or position number questions. Supports the candidate experience in monitoring emails and effectively responding to candidate and hiring manager inquires. Work with staffing agencies to facilitate identification of temporary staffing needs. Schedules phone, on-site, and video interviews for recruiters and the hiring team. Coordinates with recruiters and administers post offer steps from offer letter to onboarding, including receiving and reviewing signed offer letters, initiating background checks, ensuring proper and timely completion of required documentation, and preparing for orientation. Communicates with hiring manager post offer to ensure all required recruitment steps are completed (e.g., interview notes uploaded, candidates notified, etc.). Supports and at times attends in person and virtual recruitment events, meet-ups, and other talent branding and event needs with recruitment colleagues. Compliance Screening and Documentation Reviews compliance needs with new hires and current employees. Coordinates background checks with vendor; reviews results and handles accordingly. Coordinates drug screenings and physical screenings for member/patient facing positions. Collects required credential documents (e.g., licenses, degree documentation, etc.). Verify required licenses and OIG/SAM statuses at time of hire and ongoing. Updates applications and employment records with compliance documentation. Complies with laws, regulations, and statutes pertaining to recruitment and hiring. Onboarding Coordination Coordinates with Recruitment and Learning teams in onboarding and learning requirements. Communicates with new employees before and/or on their first day. Assists with in person and virtual onboarding activities; meets with new hires on the first day of employment to collect paperwork and lead and/or assist with first day onboarding needs. Track temporary agency employees and contractors, ensuring they complete required acknowledgements and HIPAA compliance training. Assist with the onboarding process for volunteers, job shadows, and ride-alongs, ensuring completion of all HR required documents and screenings. Administrative Assistance Performs administrative tasks, including answering calls, typing, photocopying, and filing. Provides backup for Recruiter and assists in administration of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to include system changes, new user set up and training, template creation, etc. as requested. Serves as a liaison with the HRIS Administrator for recruitment systems issues, maintenance, and enhancements.

Experience and/or Education Required Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources required, including minimum 2 years’ supporting a full cycle talent acquisition team Preferred Experience onboarding clinical positions (including setting up health screenings and verifying credentials) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
