This position plays a critical role in managing the daily operations of their Community Action Sessions (CAS) program, coordinating partnerships programs, and managing their partnership database.

*Pay Range: *$27.12 - $35.97 hourly, DOE
*Location: *Fully Onsite – Portland, Oregon
*Responsibilities of Senior Community Partnership Coordinator:*
* Oversee daily logistics and operations of Partnerships Summer Program.
* Monitoring and reporting inventory.
* Recruiting partners in collaboration with the Partnership Coordinator.
* Developing and implementing CAS with partners.
* Preparing materials and technology for CAS.
* Supporting and managing CAS partnerships and classes (virtual and on-site).
* Managing yearly evaluation and feedback process for CAS.
* Working with Admin staff on grants related to CAS. Managing grant-related data.
* Collaborating with teaching teams to develop grade-specific experiences through CAS.
* Identify and manage potential partnerships aligned with mission and vision.
* Maintain relationships and strategic opportunities through meetings and documentation.
* Support partners through development and implementation stages.
* Conduct outreach to gain new partnerships and sustainable volunteer groups and investors.
* Participate in community events related to partners.
* Develop procedures to manage the intake and life cycle of partners.
* Work with the Development team to track partnership investors and touchpoints.
* Oversee partnership database management by tracking and managing all partnership information.
* Develop monthly reports on current partners.
* Handle in-kind donations and corporate investments from partners.
* Collaborate with the Grants Assistant on grants supporting partnership opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with key partners.
*Requirements of Senior Community Partnership Coordinator:*
* BA Preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience required.
* At least two years of fundraising/development experience (paid or unpaid) required.
* Experience managing data entry and report generation with a CRM or donor database system.
* Strong communications skills with internal staff, external corporate partners, donors, funders, volunteers, and vendors.
* Agility to work across multiple, simultaneous projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail and deadlines.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* High tolerance for ambiguity, changing work priorities and deadlines, and a willingness to take on responsibilities and to prioritize work on multiple projects.
* Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multiple constituencies including families and staff.
* Team-player attitude and strong customer-service orientation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
