You’ll develop strong partnerships through top-notch customer service with hiring managers as you determine recruiting needs and deploy strategies that bring A-Players to our team.
You’ll join a collaborative, employee-focused team where you can expand your skill set by identifying and implementing improvements to recruiting and the candidate experience. You’ll grow both breadth and depth of recruiting knowledge through engaging with qualified candidates, interview coordination and through onboarding. Skills you may have to make you a success- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, management or communications, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of full life cycle recruiting preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Customer service skills and relationship building abilities
